For as long as I can remember I have suffered from debilitating  stomach pains and bloating. As I grew into my teenage years this led me to lose confidence and impacted my social life as well as my mental health.

After seeking the help of a dietician, I am in the process of adapting to a low FODMAP diet. This blog is to document that journey and any tasty recipes I uncover along the way!
